Stephany (Seraphina) Solis is a Bronx-Based Visual Artist. As a Dominican-Ecuadorian-American artist, Seraphina’s work centers around surrealism and storytelling of Black and Brown femmes. Seraphina’s work juxtaposes her muses amongst nature and spiritual figures such as butterflies and hummingbirds. Her work bridges the connection from the physical world to the emotional world, granting her muses a space to showcase vulnerability in a world that denies many Black and Brown femmes the space to express themselves.
Seraphina’s work has been exhibited at the Apollo Theatre (2021), Brooklyn Community Pride Center (2023), Brooklyn Art Cave (2022), Alison Bradley Projects (2022), and has works commissioned for private collections.
